All sales are final. We do accept exchanges or replacements of candles.
Sometimes people do not like certain smells. To my surprise, I found out that some people are allergic to the smell of roses, or do not like the smell of roses. For me, I love the smell of roses.
If you are that oddball, just kidding you are made awesome and talented, and you do not like the smell of one of the Rico Rosa candles, we will exchange it for another one. We want to make you happy.
Defected candle replacement: If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you happen to get one of the rare instances your wick is defective or another issue with the candle. Take a picture of it, and email it to us. We will work on getting you another candle that will bring you comfort and joy!
